UCLA/Tennessee Under 46.  I'm not a big fan of agreeing with the consensus, because Vegas is usually smarter, but I don't see UCLA scoring unless it's on D or Special Teams.  Combine that with the Bruins' solid D and the new clock in college and I see this as a 21-10 game.

Note:  NFL Power Rankings will be up by Thursday.
